DSi launch trailer heavy on features, light on games

There's a GBA game called Soundvoyager that was only released in Japan. It's not funny in any way, but it is fun and you can play it with your eyes closed if you wish.

i have a question...HOW the HELL are you supposed to play games that uses camera's and both of your hands and head if you are on a train or bus??!?!?! lol.

the same way I use my Laptop when I used to take the bus to classes, put it on my lap. Just angle the screen up and watch as everyone else backs away slowly

This are some pictures taken with the DSi... but again... Nintendo never promoted the DSi as a digitial camera replacement. It's a VGA camera, like almost every integrared webcam camera. The size is more tha enough, specially because the DS screens resolution.

The pictures are to keep a photo-journal, playing, sharing... to have a DSi photo album, etc.

And the camera also works with some games, like the new DSiWare Wario game.

Right, adding an N64 slot to the Wii would've been a nice feature. (Seriously, it would've been. I wouldn't have had to buy OoT again...)

Just because you didn't like it [the GBA slot], doesn't mean others didn't. I actually used it a lot to play my older GBA games because my SP was greatly outdated (who'd've thunk it?!) 12% of the Lite isn't that much (only like 2.6mm; that's hardly one-tenth of an inch), Heck, I'd go as far as to say insignificant.
And an SD card feature could've been added in without the subtraction of the GBA slot. Now how am I supposed to migrate my Pokemanz?

The interface isn't necessarily spectacular. That's opinion, not fact. It's okay, but it could've been executed much better. And by the look of things, the downloaded extras seem to be specific DSiWare, which for the most part costs money (I'm not sure if all of it does though).

To make the guitar wireless, they would need to redesign the grip as a whole. They can't add a peripheral to it to make it wireless, AND it would be kind of hard playing it with two hands. It takes two just to hold the DS and "strum." Where's your third arm going to come from? Rad poisoning? *lol Fallout 3 reference.

I think Nintendo did a decent job with the DSi, but it seems a tad gimmicky. You didn't make me mad, your ignorance did, and only peeved at best. If you're gonna present an argument, at least try and provide some logic behind your facts.

Okay, there are several things wrong with your argument here.

For starters, 0.3 Megapixel isn't very good. The quality won't be as clear as they made it seem on the videos. Just for comparison, Furbies had stronger cameras in their eyes (Modern Marvels). And 22 MP isn't even available yet. If you're going to attempt to make a good comparison, try and make it realistic, my chum.

For starters, even if you didn't like the GBA slot, what about those of us who did? You saw it as a nuisance and I saw it as something of use. I still like to play my GBA games and since my SP is the older model with the older backlight, I would like to play my games with a better picture.
Secondly, adding an N64 slot to the Wii would've been awesome(AWE-SOME). I wouldn't have had to buy OoT for $10 to play it again, not to mention that most of the N64 titles up on the Shop aren't that great. There are several I wish they would add.
They could've added the SD card without removing the GBA port. It's not like it went through have the console (Lite), and thinner. 12% of the DS Lite isn't much thinner. 2.6mm if I remember correctly, which is one-tenth (1/10) of an inch, because as you know, the DS Lite was so bulky already.

I'm glad you like the interface, but it's not very well executed. A linear fashion isn't necessarily efficient. When you start to add more stuff to it, scrolling through would be an annoyance, even if I get to move my favorites up front. The only downloaded extras I know about (and I've been following this loosely mind you, so I could be wrong here) are the DSiWare, which cost money. Don't expect anything for free.

Wireless connectivity? I don't think pedometers are wireless, they just have accelerometers (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here). But let's think about the Guitar Hero problem here. I think you're logic is a tad flawed (and that's an understatement, mind you). I'm not mad about the DSi, but it's looking fairly gimmicky at this point (two cameras is a bit much, and they're not even powerful cameras). Go play my GBA games? Because I'm mad? That doesn't even make sense, pal. Nice try anyways...
