yea i think that's to show how big this titan is in comparison. if a lot of levels take place on the backs of titans, i can't wait to play this one.

There's this magical thing we can do with games - it's called "replaying".

I feel you on the game, but it's a good game, Here's how I see it. Because to me most games are indeed rentals!

Movies, you buy them you watch them then you entertain with them. Games that I own I have guests in mind. If it's a game strictly for me without multiplayer, it's a rental for sure.

Different players want different things from their games. I like to replay games that I like, I don't know why - but it is fun to me. Like rewatching a movie or re-reading a favorite book. To me, this is no more monotonous than playing Ambush for the 400th time. Of course, I understand that some gamers prefer the online play.

Remember, for 3 decades there was only local multiplayer on consoles. The vast majority of games were single player experiences only. Are you old enough to remember games like the original Syphon Filter and Metal Gear Solid? Perhaps Ocarina of Time? Those games didn't need multiplayer and are all classics. I think it is safe to assume you don't remember the first time you unwrapped Metroid Prime - but perhaps I am wrong. This could all very well be a generational gap.

Anyway, in a totally anecdotal conclusion, it seems to me there are more quality games with a focus on multiplayer than there are single player games these days. I, for one, welcome our returning Spartan overlord and his single player exploits.

You need multiplayer for a game to be good?

Kids these days! Back in my day, a game was multiplayer if you had time enough to give the controller to your friend after you died.

And that's the way we liked it.

"MTV Multiplayer proposes that this may be one of God of War III's bosses"

Have they even played the game? I haven't but I watched the cut scenes on Youtube, and from these I deduced that Kratos was fighting against Zeus alongside the Titans...

Either I am horribly wrong, which is possible (Haven't played GoW 1 and 2, remember?) or MTV Multiplayer shouldn't be making theories when they know nothing of the actual story of the game.

Anyways, the concept is awesome :) There's even a small Kratos shadow for size comparison.

Considering Kratos' silhouette is in the appropriate scale, the titan isn't that epic in proportions like the one showed in the recent trailer. Maybe I'm wrong.

Anyway, damn good-looking art that is!

that's what I was thinking, he looks almost the same as Atlas just with less cracks. What confuses me even more is that there is no actual Greek Titan of Fire, in fact Prometheus was the Titan of Fire if anything and we killed him early on in the second game

Well, as mythology dictates.. Zeus defeated his father (leader of the titans) and banished them to tarterus(sp?). So.. Kratos loses. Naice.
