Nintendo wont bring this to America because they know that 90% of their Wii sales dont result in further purchases... meaning your grandma and aunt bought a Wii at Costco but they know F*** all about the virtual console, or even other games besides "Sports" and "Fit" exist.

you mean all those other games like "Mario Kart" and "Super Smash Brothers"? Yep, that totally explains the lack of Wii games sales and why the Wii has the highest median owner age than the PS3

I like the classic controller just as it is
If I wanna play some games with a grip then I just use the Gamecube controller (of course the white one with 3 meter cord :D)

I regret my first Classic Controller purchase (not even close to necessary when you've got a WaveBird and two GCN standard controllers, which are compatible with most Classic Controller games), so I wouldn't be picking one of these up anyways. I don't really see the "Plus" in it anyhow, does a grip constitute "Plus?" If so, I can easily upgrade by going to my local game store. I could care less about the shoulder buttons being relocated.
Why does Nintendo see fit to release a lot of pointless stuff recently? I still love them to death, but jeez...
