I'll take $5 for World of Goo. Loved the demo, even though there were parts that were exercises in frustration. Even with me living having less than $100 in the bank.

Wow, I thought getting this on Amazon for $10 (+ ~$5 shipping) was a good deal.

Buy. This game.

I totally agree, I've bought their sale games for the past 3 weeks now, lost planets, world of goo, and the indie game bundle. Not cool.

Well, Braid's good, too, but World of Goo is definitely something special.

For $5, there's little reason not to try it.

I already have it on Wii, and it's really tempting to get it on PC as well, just so I can have the extra level. It's even more tempting at $5.

Nevermind, I guess the level set on the moon was going to be for the European retail release, which got changed to EU Wiiware.

I don't know about the level you're talking about, but the PC version does have the advantage of having mods and user created levels.

If I hadn't already bought it three times (mine, and presents for my family) I'd buy it again!

Bought it for $20 when it came out. Well worth it. For $5, it'd be a shame if everyone didn't pick it up.

Buy this game. At five bucks, you're getting a steal. I was fully satisfied paying full price for it the week it came out.

Tried the demo.. and I loved it. But I didn't have the $20 to shell out at the time...

Then this promotion came out. And I just bought it now. :)

Because of Steam deals, I've gotten:
BioShock, Eets, Graviton 2, Half-Life 1, I-Fluid, Lost Planet, Multiwinia, Trials 2... And now UT3 and World of Goo this week.
(and had gotten Orange Box and L4D when they were new)

Geez, Steam, you're making a PC gamer out of me! I was planning on getting the WiiWare version of World of Goo one of these days... But, this is too good of a deal to pass up.

I ♥ Steam... I think.

It's almost a shame I bought this game at $5, I should've paid the full price a long time ago..

If I hadn't paid full-price at release, this would've been an immediate pick-up for me.

Now for Valve to fix their fucking servers so I can download my copy of UT3...

I got this on the Wii and can honestly say that for $5.00 it's a steal. It's a great little game and I will definitely be looking to see more from 2D Boy. I am loving this resurgence of quirky creative games. Now if only Frontier would finish up the sequel for Lost Winds.

Also, if you like the soundtrack to World of Goo, you can download it for free here. It's nice to listen to while at work: http://kylegabler.com/WorldOfGooSoundtrack/

I already have the soundtrack. I would seriously hug Kyle Gabler if I ever met him. He is an amazing game designer who isn't all about grabbing the money.

I also agree with the Lost Winds comment. I only got about 3 hours play from the last game, but I'm really not willing to complain since every minute was bliss.

This game is a deal at any price, but for $5 it's a no-brainer.

Buy it now, but play it after the free weekend of UT3.

GET THIS GAME!

Amazing game. As my avatar shows (assuming it decides to show World of Goo and not Zelda) I love this game.

I have it on PC but need to get this for WiiWare as well.

Now where the hell is Lostwinds 2?
