There were so many things going on in the last God of War III trailer that we're certain you might have missed some of the more subtle, yet crucial, details. Take, for example, the scar across Kratos' abdomen; did you notice that the first time around? Yeah, we didn't either, not until this annotated version of the trailer popped up and pointed things out.
Other annotated info includes notes on real-time weapon swapping, the 50-enemy on-screen capacity and Kratos' high polygon count. Also, the fact that this game-rendered trailer was significantly toned down for the ESRB is news to us; the final game is said to be even more violent. Check out the trailer after the break to see what else you might have missed.

This game is going to be so sick ... it's a shame it's about a calendar year away from release.

the game looks sick, i hope the graphics do get better. The scene with the raven wasnt all that eye appealing

No, it was eye-popping, presumably followed by eye-swallowing off-screen.

I feel my gaming habits have changed since the last God of War (brilliant game, don't get me wrong) - but I'm now uninterested in single player games.
When you beat an AI enemy, there's no-one at the other end going "ahh you bas***d!" I love the whole human vs human online multiplayer and rarely touch the single player portions of my games.
I'm sure I'll still get this, probably on release too but I'm just worried that I'll finish it in a weekend and although I'm sure I'll enjoy the story, a weekend or even two just isn't enough gameplay from a £40 game.
I doubt there is any way they could include online vs play to GoW, it just doesn't seem suitable.
It's crazy that there was a time where i didn't even play online! Well, it's been a long time since the beginning, the Counter Strike days.....

Stoked! I cannot wait for this game to arrive! I am a huge God of War fan and have both PS2 titles and the PSP title. I will surely be picking this up the day it is released. PS3 version will rock!
