True. But this still doesnt solve the issue that light-gun games on the Wii cannot be played by aiming 'down the barrel' of the Wiimote because technically you're not aiming at the TV, you're aiming at the sensor bar. So its still a case of shooting from the wrist/hip, which looks and feels retarded when using a light-gun accessory.

Not if the game has any sort of calibration screen. Ghost Squad I know has one, so it is possible to aim down the barrel with that game. I'm not sure if any other Wii Light-Gun games have one, however,

Wow it does like actualy realy cool and I am not usualy interested in 3rd party accesories but this catches my mind!

I think this might be an excellent add on to the wiimote.For those concerned about the wiimote not aimed at the screen but the sensor bar, there seems to be a scope of sorts that probably aims the IR camera at the screen.Look closer to see what I mean.

According to the website, it looks like you aim down the gun and the "scope" on top refracts the WiiMote Signal.

"Fresnel light-bending technology let's you aim the gun instead of the remote."

the scope would cause poor aiming were the mirror broken or shifted. also as it wore out the wiimote may slide in slightly off causing the refraction to change and therefore change where the gun points.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks lame too?

You can't make a gun that can be aimed like a real one for the Wii... it just won't work. Differences in screen size, distance from the screen, and sensor bar position present too many variables. You'd have to re-calibrate every time you play, and would need to stand/sit dead still in one spot to avoid breaking the calibration. Even when it's close, it'll still be a little bit imprecise.

The only way to make a true light gun on Wii would be to forget about the Wii-mote, and design one from the ground up.
