These are nowhere near as hard as the RB2 trophies; which I have a platinum for!

hey, there is no platinum (or gold for that matter) trophies in a retail game! What a bummer!

I think the retail vs. download thing isn't too strict.

WipEout HD is a download title, yet it is so full of content, it warranted a platinum trophy.

Rock Band Track Pack: Classic Rock is expected to only have 20 songs, and those songs are already available for use in Rock Bands 1 and 2. So it's not new enough of an experience to really require a platinum.

So I don't think they strictly define it. It's probably taken on a case-by-case basis.

Track packs are DLC on disc, basically. I am actually surprised to see trophies on it at all.

I have more or less no reason to get this track pack. Not to mention a few of the songs I already have, but.... if there are trophies.... No! I need to save money! But... trophies... And they're easy ones!

Anyone know, with experience from Track Pack Vol. 2, if, when you export songs from the disc, is there a problem if you already own a few of those songs as DLC? Or does it just skip those songs in the export process? (Assuming Classic Rock does provide export, but I don't see why not.)

A few words of advice:

Buy track pack from Gamestop used. Go home and export the songs to the HDD of your PS3. Return used disc to Gamestop and get your money back. As Lois' dad said on Family Guy, "Now we have the drugs, AND the money!"

Lather, rinse, repeat.

Great idea, but my conscience says no. lol. I buy all my music on CDs and movies on DVDs/BDs. I don't use torrents. I want to actually own my content and not feel like I'm ripping anyone off, hence why I do have the AC/DC Live track pack, even though I don't even play those songs often enough to make $30 sound acceptable lmao.

Aren't the bronze and silver trophies reversed? The "silver" ones would be MUCH easier.

@linebeginstoblur
The export is one big file. I export Track Pack 2 and had already had 4 of the songs. So I went in and deleted the single song versions of the ones in Track Pack 2 to save some space. They only appear once on the list, but twice on the hard drive.

Ah, okay, makes sense. I bought the AC/DC Live pack and I should have remembered that's what it was, just one big download. Thanks!
