Hey, I'm leaving this comment for two reasons:
1) I love the podcast, and I too await the itunes update
2) There HAS to be an easier way to access my personal little page that shows me all the comments I've left on the weblogs network. Leaving a comment just so I can click on my name is a bit inefficient.

No buddy, to Joystiq you are just known as Mr. 2362953....

I thought they loved us, but those were all lies! We are just numbers to them, hits if you may... ;(

I agree with Justin. These newfangled bookmarking thingies can be confusing, but once you figure them out they will greatly enhance your internets surfing experiences.

Excellent show, gents. Again, I wonder when I'll get fired for listening to it on the job.

Honestly, I do miss Nick Cave.

I'd like an Xbox 360 copy of "Handsome Andy's Whittling Xerox"

Goozex confusing? I've seen worse. Much much worse. The branding isn't great, but hey they're running the whole thing on asp, they have bigger fish to fry.

They also have a special program for people on the armed forces, friends in the Navy have been trading their games through Goozex...

Goozex is a robust service, far from confusing, and offers one of the most fair trading rates.

Goozex isn't bad but it could use some improvementa on it's layout. When I am looking for specific title I can find it right away using search. If I am justs earching for something random or on a certain system (maybe I can't recall the name) it's a little harder to use.

That being said, Sign up for the service. It's a great way to trade in some of your fairly older titles and get a more then fair amount of points to redeem other games. Again I'm throwing my referral link below but I do not benefit unless you use the service. So sign up and if you like it you'll be helping me out. :D

Trying to get Burnout Paradise. Just need 100 more points.

Markhawk has a good point. There search should default to showing all the hits for all systems, with your preferred systems at the top.

It's like a rental service in a lot of ways. I can trade in Mario Kart right now for exactly the same number of points as it cost me to get it 6 weeks ago. Sweet.

I use goozex all the time! Just offering some of the potential downsides. It may not be confusing to SUPER INTERNERDS like you or I; however, I assure you your average internet user will have a difficult time trying to ascertain precisely when a game may be available. "What? I don't get it right away?"

I LOVE the song, and I'll be checking out this guys stuff, but I'm not so hot on it as an intro. I understand the old intro is gone for good, but I wish there was an equally upbeat one to replace it.

You are not alone. I'm not saying it's bad but it seems a little sombre for the podcast. The last one was very upbeat and "OMG YEAH IT'S PODCAST TIME MOTHERFUCKERS, WOO".

I'd really like the E! True Hollywood Story DL on this intro song change business. Was it just something with AOL not wanting to pay licensing fees on copywrited songs?

No, to be honest it was just us not wanting to even broach that concern, and looking for a change of pace regardless. Really honored that Mr. Black wanted to make something for the show – I think of the new opening as the Cormac McCarthy-ized intro to the new, darker Joystiq Podcast. Maybe we should relocate from an off-shore oil derrick to a small frontier outpost.

It'll take a little getting used to, but I do enjoy the new song and it does give the podcast a totally different feeling, almost like this ominous vibe. It's like the little ole JP is growing up to be a big ole podcast! (Though you guys always have been and always will be my numero uno..)

I have a feeling that Bioshock 2 will be like the Star Wars Pre-Trilogy. It will ruin the original, although I feel those films were more wanted than Bioshock 2 before their release. And for the sake of trying...
