When I bought my Wii, I didn't expect it to become a haven for on-rails shooters. This has been one of my favorite unexpected turns of this generation. I've spent countless hours playing rail shooters in the arcades, and always felt the genre was underrepresented on home consoles. Now that we're getting not only arcade ports, but new exclusive games as well, this makes me a happy Wii owner. Go Capcom! Go EA! Go SEGA!

you didn't expect it? i totally expected it! as soon as i saw the first wiimote specs on the internet, i knew the wii would be my new home for shooters. i'm not even interested in resident evil 5 because resident evil 4 wii controls were so fun.

Same here raven. RE4 for the Wii is so great. They should have upped the difficulty because of how easily you are now able to get them headshots! I started playing the RE5 demo just to throw my controller now in anger. Has anyone figured out how to hack a PS3 to use a Wiimote yet? >:\
