At that price I think not. There are better arcade games/game add ons for the points. The Pitt is only days away for starters!!

I would be all over it if the entire collection cost 20 bucks. Then yeah, it would be great. Even 25. No more, really.

How can they charge 800 points for a game like Yahtzee when Geometry Wars 2 is also 800 points? Seriously.

Exactly why I won't get them. Total price for all seven on the XBLA is $70, but it's that cheap on other systems? No thanks.

Wow ... I can't believe these are $10 each!! I would MAYBE pay $5 each for the ones that I really liked.

DLC is just getting to be way too expensive.

Where's Trucky from Pootie Tang when you need him to say, "And each game is 800 points!"?

I would NEVER buy any of these. I love scrabble but for 10 bucks I think not... Even if they dropped it down to 5 bucks I MIGHT pick up scrabble but nothing else...

I would get it if all four games cost 10 bucks, but I don't see that happening.

This is just silly, and ultimately an experiment from a company to see if there are enough stupid people digitally buying to get rich off of.
Shame on you E.A.

And I'm willing to bet that there are enough people (stupid or otherwise) who'll buy these that EA / Hasbro turn a profit on them. I suspect the pricetag of development for these was not very high.

Remember kids, you're reading a videogaming blog. You are *not* the target audience for these games.

imo these games are better when you are playing them for real (instead of using a controller and sitting in front of a tv) and with people around you.

Listen...I'm a 35 year old gaming vet. I have scrabble and it's cool. Ten bucks IS a lot of dough too. What EA NEEDS to do is get a better Monopoly and put THAT (400 points please) on Live..

I'll chime in here as well; it's way too expensive. I'd only consider it if all the games were available for 800-1600 points.

The only game i'd even consider spending 800 points on is scrabble, but its not even available outside the US so I cant even do that.

i think if hasbro priced this at 400 points a game and 1600 points for the whole thing, they could have made a lot more sales, in total having more total revenue even with reduced revenue per sale. but hey, the marketing and accounting experts must know more about xbla pricing than i do.

My main problem with this, and there are a few, is the whole achievement thing......even if I did get all the available games for this, I'm still only gonna be able to get a maximum 1200/1400 gamerscore, because of the lack of Scrabble.

All these are overpriced. 400 pts and I'd be more likely to get them.

As far as being cheaper, six dice cost $2 and the score sheets are free online and most yard sales will let these go 2/$1.

i tried the trial for a few minutes last night and you're right, i didn't see a way to play a computer AI opponent on Scrabble...seems like a negative at this price...

It's criminal that there's no option for an AI opponent. If you're playing 3 other people on Xbox Live and someone drops, the game just ends without even declaring a winner. This has happened to me twice after putting 1/2 hour into Scrabble games. C'mon EA, fix this! I bought Scrabble and Yahtzee assuming some sort of computer opponent. I'm not sure I would have had I known about the lack of an AI opponent.
