According to Major Nelson's Twitter account -- with an official post on the way -- Xbox.com is currently experiencing some billing issues. Apparently, some users may have trouble buying MS Points, using Points, redeeming tokens or managing accounts. As of this writing, we weren't even able to sign into Xbox.com. Major Nelson assures the Xbox.com faring world that Microsoft's engineers are on the job and the issues should be resolved soon.
We'll update this post as soon as we have new information.
