Oooh, look at the PS3 with its fancy-schmancy Midnight Club: Los Angeles "South Central" DLC. Aren't you fancy! No, we're not jealous that the DLC's release on 360 -- scheduled for yesterday -- has been delayed yet again. We're content to just sit here, spinning our wheels. It's kind of fun, really-- oh, who the Hell do we think we're kidding? This sucks, and we want answers. Rockstar?
"We are currently working as quickly as we can to resolve this issue, and we will notify everyone as soon as the DLC is made available." By "issue" you mean the "unforseen," last-minute bug CVG wrote about? Know what -- these delays are starting to bug.
"Thank you for understanding and your patience. Please note that this issue does not affect the DLC on the PlayStation Network -- it is currently live and available for download." Oh, we've noted it. Right here on a list titled "Reasons We'll Be Even Less Understanding and More Impatient if the DLC Doesn't Hit Next Week." It's right under reason No. 4: "We have anger issues."

My god, this is ridiculous...It's one thing to delay it, so that you can resolve some issues and make it better. But to have to delay it three times? Ugh...

I'll make sure never to buy this DLC.
With all the delays for bug-squashing, it doesn't bode well for the final quality of the build.
Hell, even the retail game has ridiculous bugs like if you drive to fast and all of the textures in the game world start to disappear.

I fix that bug by installing it to hard drive i just get it freezing it while on the garage which is annoyence as the whole console would freeze...
Or have you got a small harddrive

i have mcla installed on my hard drive and it still loses textures from time to time. not too much of an annoyance, but yeah, whether it's on your hard drive or not, expect to see your car driving knee deep in mud every once in a while.
in regards to the delay: what the hell man?

I can't believe this. This is the third time. How are they going to release this in time for the big celebration on Sunday with DJ FeliFel?

Well, Rockstar you've delayed it too many times now, i was gonna buy the premium DLC, now i think i'll make do with the free one whenever its released, i'll spend my money on something more worthwhile now, its still probably gonna be buggy like the game still is.

well.. i downloaded the PS3 version from the UK Store, guess what? it doesn't work! patched the game first to 1.04 (i think) paid for and downloaded the content, installs fine and shows up as South Central in my game data folder but nothing in the game, no extra map expansion, no extra cars in the showroom...
think yourselves lucky xboxers, you could have thrown your money away for something that didn't work, at least they admit there's a problem with the 360 DLC, not so for PS3.

u have to download the free as well, that also happened to me but i read that you had to download the paid one and the free one. also make sure that you have the UK version of the game because if you have US version of it the DLC wouldn't work because u need the UK version for the UK DLC and the US version for the US DLC.

well... is it out yet? Was the dj felli fel event thing canceled today? If it was, thats some pathetic stuff. Because of this, Rockstar or whoever is making the bucks off of this will slightly not meet their purposed income from the DCL. I know IM NOT BYING the extra cars and songs. I've been waiting since January for this and they blow it. I still love the game but come on. Lets get back to reality. They need to communicate with the public and give us some updates as to whats going on and where they stand on the process. When people get anxious and dont get any coverage, they start to loose customers which is sad cause this is a quality type game.
