Xbox.com reveals more Gears of War 2 Achievements

With Gears of War 2 set to receive a big update that adds the Snowblind map pack and the experience-based ranking system later this month, many have been anxious for Epic to flip the switch already. Well, one of our more sly readers turned us on to the game's listing at Xbox.com (we've linked to Xbox360Achievements.org, because it's easier), which shows off several new achievements dealing with the new ranking system and maps. • Rookie Gear (10) - Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 5 (Public only)
• Seasoned Gear (20) - Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 15 (Public only)
• Battle-Tested Gear (30) - Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 25 (Public only)
• Battle-Hardened Gear (50) - Reach level 50 and play a match on each of the 4 Snowblind Map Pack maps (Public only)
• Veteran Gear (75) - Reach level 100 and win a match on each of the 4 Snowblind Map Pack maps (Public only)
• Never Eat Red Snow (20) - Complete waves 1 through 10 on all Snowblind Map Pack maps in Horde (any difficulty)
• Icy Dead People (25) - Complete waves 1 through 50 on any Snowblind Map Pack map in Horde (any difficulty)
• Frigid Body Dynamics (5) - Play a multiplayer match on each of the 4 Snowblind Map Pack maps (any mode)
• The Weather Outside is Lethal (15) - Win a multiplayer match on each of the 4 Snowblind Map Pack maps (any mode)
