nothing interesting on the psp side...i heard playtypus sucks balls and dynasty warriors i've already played the japanese demo and i got bored of it i guess.

All I want is Fat Princess. All I can see on these updates now is PSN Thursday (insert date here) and no Fat Princess. Does anyone have any clue when it will be coming out? Does anyone else suffer from this affliction?

According to random googling, it appears to be coming out in Q2 2009. So... between now and June?

America gets Worms and Europe gets Magic Carpet? Not to mention the dropping of Silent Hill because of compatability issues...

Silent Hill was removed cause of compatibility issues? I mean I know that Silent Hill at least here in America doesn't work right, after the first enemy there is a loud tone that won't stop, and it IS on the official Playstation Compatibility Chart that it has this problem. So I figured they would have fixed that if they were putting on console for direct download (meaning the only way to fix it is not a firmware update, but it's own way to emulate Silent Hill, kinda like how old Xbox games are individually emulated to run on the 360)

Well, enough technospeak. Point is, if Sony posted a game that it knows doesn't work, or forgot to check if it even works before posting it... they are stupid.

That FEAR to FEAR 2 trailer... Doesn't actually show FEAR on the PS3 footage does it? I mean dear god the PS3 port of FEAR1 was awful. Near N64 quality... I bought it so I could have FEAR and FEAR2 side by side on my shelf... returned it after I saw the quality. Very disappointing.

Hello. Am I the only one that noticed the LACK of Guitar Hero Metallica DEMO????? Why can every other system release stuff any day of the week, 360, Wii, But the people who fork out the most dough for their system the PS3 owners get one lousy update a week. I think it sucks and needs to be addressed. Companies should be able to put stuff up any day of the week. NOT just on Thursdays! P.S sorry about the rant. I'm just frustrated

Did you see the story about DLC on the Playstation Store from last week? Sony charges $0.16 per gigabyte to publishers for content downloaded off the PS Store. The Metallica demo on the 360 is over a gig. If a million people downloaded the demo for the PS3, that would cost Activision $160,000. The story said this is why some demoes don't come to PS3.

The 360 gets the demo because gamers pay for Xbox Live and the publishers don't get charged for demo downloads. I downloaded the demo to my 360. I'll be at Gamestop when it opens release day. :-)

I don't think the 1 GB file size is the case. Ton's of demos on ps3 are right around or over a gig, nearly all anymore. It's not like Activision is really hurting for the dough either.... $160,000 is chump change.

Activision hates the PS3 and it's been that way since GHIII and Rock Band came out, so they just don't want to do everything they can to boost their sales on all platforms.
