It's our third and (likely) final podcast from GDC and things are just getting stranger. Chris and Justin can't help but name-dropping who they were eating dinner with, and they still can't stop fighting about OnLive.
If you've braved the first two editions, it's time to step up to the plate and finish this thing.

btw, GDC started as the Computer Game Developer's Conference in 1988, and it bounced around SoCal before settling into San Jose. It first moved to SF in 2005, swapped back to San Jose in 2006, and moved back permanently to SF in '07.
Wikipedia says it, so it must be true!

Smart move unfiring Chris. Smart move comparing something to the special olympics like others in the news recently have.

I feel like if Mount & Blade (you know, Mountain Blade) were on console, you guys would have done a bunch of research on it and learned that it's actually a really cool project that was made by a guy and his wife with free beta releases for years. Now it has a retail publishing deal and is available on Steam and other download services, and people really like it. Soon, they'll be implementing multiplayer.
I get it, you're tired, and you need to try to cover "what people care about" (like Modern Warfare 2), but games like Mount & Blade are what independent games are all about... not just things that make it to XBLA & PSN.
