Ferrari Challenge DLC takes race to Nurburgring, adds five more cars

Ferrari Challenge will get an update soon, adding five new cars and one new racetrack. The DLC, which hits PAL territories this May (while a North American date remains pending), gives players a chance to hop into a 430 Scuderia, 599 GTB Fiorano, 612 Scaglietti Sessanta, 330 P4, and an Enzo Ferrari (pictured). Gamers can drive any one of these new cars and take it for a spin on the new Nürburgring track.

Previous reports suggested that Ferrari Challenge's DLC had been cancelled, but with this new announcement in place, it looks like that's not the case anymore. With the downloadable content now confirmed, only one question is left unanswered: Is it free? System 3 hasn't said. We suppose we'll know more when a specific date is revealed.

Dissapointing to see that it's the F1 track and not the full circut, not worth buying. Plus these cars should have been in the full game... how can you make a Ferrari based game without including the Enzo?

what are the trophies like in this game.....easy , hard?

Holy crap! i thought this was confirmed cancled, Well better late then never. I'll be testing for the new System 3 game anyways so it's all good. :) Might pick up this pack if i get an iching for it.

Have enough people bought it to actually charge for the DLC?

I'll wait and see what the cost is, i got my platinum, first and only :'(, about 3wks ago and its quite a push to force yourself to do every cars challenge series, i'd be quite happy not to play the game for a few months (esp with SCC beta due) because im just a little sick of it, but maybe if its reasonably priced i'll get it.
I doubt it'll be free, if the DLC didnt come earlier due to license issues, i doubt Ferrari have since turned round and said have it for free, and i cant imagine system3/eutechnyx paying and giving it out free either.

i love racing games, and even ones that i don't like, i try my absolute hardest to make myself like, and it's worked, for the most part. try as hard as i might, i could not bring myself to like this one. it got returned :(

Which Nurburgring? The Formula 1 track or the Nordschleife?

Any new cars and tracks will be a welcome addition to FC. This game certainly isn't perfect, I think it's too dificult, the graphics could be tighter and the brakes on these cars pretty much suck, these are Ferrari's right? However , after playing this game for a while I started to like it, as my skills improved that is! Anyway, if you've completed GT5 Prologue you might like this game, at least until GT5 arrives!
