*sigh* I'll admit it... You brought it up. I wouldn't mind trying Carnival Games if the price were right. Granted, in this instance that = ridiculously cheap. Have some buddies back in my hometown who had purchased a slew of what were some of the critically rated 'lousier' WiiWare titles, and we had plenty of fun with them when a bunch of people were over all playing together. I'll qualify it by saying we were drinking, um, most of the time, so I'm sure that factored in. But damn if that stupid baggo/cornhole game weren't a fun diversion with a bunch of friends, even that stupid brain quiz whatever game WiiWare game. If it shows up for 10 beans tomorrow, I'll actually consider it.

Tho I'm fairly certain Z&W was already retailing for 10 beans in some places, so if it's discounted beyond that I sure hope people pick it up as it's a hell of a fun game.

Here's hoping they have No More Heroes super cheap. I've been putting off buying that game forever.

Landed it for 15 beans on eBay a cuppla months ago, not too shabby. Prepare to be floored at how atrocious the open world / sand box area of the game is.

Bah screw it, I save enough money ordering games from Newegg. Most games sell for 46.99 a week after they release for a day or two with free 3 day shipping from their warehouse in Memphis (which means for folks like me in Louisiana or within 4-8 hours of Memphis they will get their shipment in less than 24 hours with free shipping).

I love me some Newegg. Time for bed.

@ Anticrawl

You haven't seen the gold box have you? Amazon normally sell the games day to day for a few dollars less but when it's in the gold box you save even more. Right now they have Wii music for 30 (normally $50, not that i want that game) but it's worth keeping an eye on.

Any ideas on the clues?

- 6:00 AM PDT - In the Garden of Weeden, honey, don't you know that I love you?
-10:00 AM PDT - Start training now.
-2:00 PM PDT - The Milky Way's got nothing in comparison.
-3:00 PM PDT - Give me a W! Give me an I! Give me another I! What does that spell?
-6:00 PM PDT - That's so cute! The animals think they're people!

I hope 2PM is Mario Galaxy.

i think the 9am one is probably Harvest Moon: tree of tranquility instead of pikmin. overall these don't seem to be bad deals, but not really somethng to go coo-coo for. IMHO i thikn the only ones that will really sell out quick is the one thats probablyy mario galaxy and the one thats probably animal crossing.

I just picked up Boom Blox, Raving Rabbids TV Party and Mad World at Target's Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale, just in case anyone wanted to know about it. Also, I'm gonna pick up Super Punch Out! since the virtual console controller actually offers a decent D-pad. So psyched for the new Punch Out!

First one is Raving Rabbids TV Party without question. There is a level in the game called Garden of Weeden.

Unfortunately already got a backlog of games (3) and books (12 + bible ) to catch up on, and got a mass of exams coming up in under 2 months now. Can't afford to waste time on another game.

This was kinda exciting! ...Until I realized that all the games are nothing I want. Super Mario Galaxy is nice and all, but who has a Wii and doesn't have this yet?

Wow, this is crazy. Seriously, all you naysayers need to take the opportunity to pick up Wii Music; it is truly a beautiful, ingenious game that will test your skills.

It's not about the rockband-like-minigames, it's about taking the lessons, learning how to play and arrange music, and then playing a part over and over until you get it to sound just perfect. Then share it with friends.

If you pick it up, reply here and we can swap some friend codes, i've had a few bands going where we each play a piece and swap around, and it's a blast.

I love WiiMusic for what it does well - it lets you improvise. You can't do that in Rock Band/GH.
Actually it's really bad to compare the two. WiiMusic isn't a rhythm game. Not in the slightest. If you play it expecting that, you'll totally miss out on what it is. Great price for a good game (if you give it the chance).

Start Training Now...could be Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. That went on sale today i think. Earlier Amazon was offering a jump rope for pre-orders of GG Cardio. I would prefer it be a super deal to pre-order EA Active Sports Fit thingy or whatever it is called.

Wii Music for $30

The "core gamer" in me is insulted this very game exists (STUHPID NINTENDO! WHERE ARE ALL THOSE SEQUELS THAT ONCE RELEASED I WILL TURN AROUND AND BITCH ABOUT HOW YOU MADE THEM INSTEAD OF SOMETHING NEW!!!) But the "open for anything guy" in me is willing to take the risk.

Which side do I take?

Meh...Ready To Rumble. Whatever. Although Animal Crossing might be a fun addition to my collection. Although it may collect dust and never be used more than the first few days.
