I'd give it a go if it came to the UK. Looks like it might be a laugh. A nice tetris clone

I dunno about this one. Why pay money for a game that you can so easily find online for free?

It might be kind of hard to tell what details set this game apart from Tetris (I assume that's what you are referring to) due to the Japanese language being used, but take a closer look.
The water that gets dumped in prevents you from burning the trash to that point, forcing the player to smash, which would take considerably more time. The candle/flame is a bonus, I think and only certain objects can 'begin' the fire. So positioning/rotating the junk does have certain consequences, like the toilet dumping more water into the bin, causing more problems.
Also, there are O2 and Temperature meters to the left that might be bonus multipliers. The objects seem to have a decent amount of physics programming and the bin seems to be somewhat two-dimensioned, meaning the objects just don't stack upon each other and go into the background/foreground independently.

I would like to exchange that "may be" for an "is"
If it does come to the US, the price will be my only factor in determining whether I buy the game

I found the trailer for this on the Japanese PSN and it looked awesome. Like Tetris + crushing things + explosions. I'll definitely buy it.

Like an awesome version of Tetris!
By the way, the trailer shows of different kinds of trash, the first time it says "Trash", then "Burnable Trash", later "Fireproof Trash", then "Dangerous Trash". And latsly "Boss". :)
Gonna go onto the Japanese store and download now, haven't seen this one before...

If you have multiple psn accounts including a HongKong one it is in english as "trash box" there. and the japanese demo of final fantasy crystal defenders is in english once installed and played on your english speaking account. I dont know if it will work for other languages
