Red Faction: Guerrilla to release June 9, demo on April 23

I don't know if its just me but from what I am seeing of this... I am not finding anything really new and exciting. I loved the original Red Faction and I guess if they can really pull off the destruction that would be great. Otherwise though, its look like "just another shooter."

I hope the demo will be able to convince me. I like the destruction bit but everything else is right on the fence.

Will the demo be out for the PC on the same date? Or will it get the boot as usual?

I have liked what I have seen of this game so far. I'll probably pre-order to get the early demo so I can see if its worth a purchase.

i played it a few months back through the file planet beta. its a pretty bad azz game. the controls are pretty easy and the destruction looks good from what i say. i will defiantly be buying this one

mmm...another preorder the game to get the demo early thing...huh. How bout if the demo is ready just release it and if it is actually good I'll go and preorder. April 7th I'll stop caring cuz I'll be playing other games. Thank you.

Is this supposed to be the weird sequel to the Red Faction for NGC/PS2/Xbox?

I was a big fan of the original Red Faction. Volition's track record since then with Saint's Row and the Punisher make me really optimistic for this one. Eh, not pre-order the game optimistic.
