Combat Arms introduces 'Nut Shot' instant kill

Getting hit in the nuts isn't just for AFV anymore, as free online FPS Combat Arms has recently employed such a technique. Whenever a male player is shot, uh, down there, the words "Nut Shot" will appear at the top of the screen, next to a pair of shattered walnuts. Min Kim, director of Nexon America, told MTV Multiplayer that including this helps the game stand out from all of the other FPS titles on the market, allowing Combat Arms to be more "Jackie Chan" than "Bruce Lee," with the latter being used to label your more traditional FPS games such as Call of Duty and Counter Strike.

If you're playing a female character, however, you're immune to the Nut Shot ... for obvious reasons. And if you're already playing as a dude, well, it's possible to change genders in the game. If Nexon doesn't come up with a female equivalent, we expect most players will stick to being girls.

You can't hurt a girl by hitting her boobs or vagina. Gotta go for the uterus. So I think there should be a uterus shot naturally.

Actually you CAN hurt a girl bit hitting her boobs or vagina, as they still have nerve endings in spades. You just won't hurt them anywhere near as much as a shot to the nuts.

Its cause our Canadian nuts are so much bigger than the average man. So there's bigger surface area to shoot at. Which leaves us at a disadvantage at this game clearly, but is used as a good example.

How bout a "Clit Shot!" for the girls. That's a very sensitive spot.

I guess I shouldn't really talk, being that I'm playing through a game that gives you an achievment for amassing 100 nut shots.

Combat Arms became a terrible game, unfortunately. Now, I'm not saying the game is bad, but the community is downright terrible, not because people trashtalk, but because people freaking hack ALL THE FREAKIN TIME. The game was good before all the hacks were discovered/made, back in November/December, however now you'll be lucky if you can find a game with 5 or more people in it in which nobody hacks.

It's unfortunate that there was actually a really good free online shooter out there, that turned to crap just because of hacking...

Well dude, count me as lucky, cuz since this last 2 patches, i merely had found a speedhacker which are the most common and easy to install hacks

I had run through 28 straigh games withouth encountering a hacker

It seems this latest patch is holding a little longer against hackers. I haven't met one since.
If you don't want hacker, just play right after patches.

LOL... I played that. During kill streaks instead of saying things like "Dominating" the announcer would say stuff like "Crotch Master!". It was good for a laugh.

The nutshot was done in Saints Row 2. Although that isn't an FPS... Still, this game posted above isn't the first to include such a thing.

Actually, there are some post over the forums of combat arms were they claim that also girls had been nutshoted.

I hand't had the chance to nutshot a girl yet, but still, but shots are harder to headshots, the hitbox is quite small and doens't count always.

Just yesterday, i shooted someone on the ass from below and headshooted him.
