So will this be like an adventure game? Play it once, figure out how to diffuse all the traps, never play again...?

Good point, but who would want to not activate the traps? Watching them play out is the porn part of the "torture porn" equation.

Maybe Ubisoft should just buy this, and then throw a Saw 'skin' over the Grey's Anatomy game. Maybe add a Z, Sawz.

I don't know what's more disturbing, the idea of this movie or the fact that millions of people watched it.

Oh yea. Torture porn, now in interactive format. Someone tell me why I would want to play a game that promises that I will want to turn away from the screen?

Wow to the person who said that the Saw movies were "well made".

Its astonishing to me how many people actually like $%#$ movies like this...Saw and movies like it is the biggest reason why movies suck nowadays...

Saw - great suspense film with interesting plot threads

Saw 2 through ? - torture porn filth with poorly cobbled-together death scenes ripped out of Rube Goldberg's nightmares.

Sounds cool. Remember Tecmo's Deception? I wish they'd make some more of them. Setting up traps and such was fun. I remember I loved the 2nd one on playstation.

I don't think I would really pick up this game unless there was a real online element to it. First off it started off development under a studio who makes games typically for the Early Child to Everyone crowd. I seriously doubt that they could make the jump to an M rating with it being able to be as frightening as a lot of other horror titles; although you never know what Konami can bring to the table. The only redeeming element, for me, would be a solid onlne componet. Setting traps as Jigsaw, with other players needing to survive, that'd be nice. Knowing Konami though, they'll skip out on multiplayer to focus their budget on the single player side. Still, if they add it, I might bump the game up from "Pass" to "Possibly Rent"
