The big deal is that it's a re-release and expansion of one of the best single player FPS titles ever developed.

I don't know if it was just me but I played the demo on Xbox Live and oh my goodness does it suck.
I don't mean to completely trash the game, (I mean the stealth kills were excellent and the graphics are good) but you can't even pick up weapons without also holding onto a body? This sorta makes firefights an instant death (which occurred many times during my ONE playthrough).
I still don't understand the hype for this game..

I think majority of the people that trash the demo didn't even know what they were doing and played it for like 20 seconds and then quit and say it "sux".
What you picked up is one of the drones which has a gun attached to it's arm. You can also enter the drone's body via terminals and control them. There are other enemies that drop their guns and you can pick them up. Regardless I won't be using guns very much anyway because it's all about the melee in this game. Sneaking up and ripping enemies apart.
So far the reviews have been good. 7 and 8s. I was expecting higher tho but it seems every single review says Butcher Bay is great and then discount it because it is a remake. Then they go on to say how they hate Dark Athena because it isn't exactly like Butcher Bay. Seems like that would be a good thing to me....I'm buying it.
