Please, please, we know it's just a trademark, but don't let Mad Men the video game ever come to pass as reality. Superannuation came across the trademark recently, registered by Lionsgate, and wrote that it didn't know how to feel about this revelation. We'll give you an idea how to feel: Terrified!
Well, let's take a second to consider the possibilities: a video game based on folks at Sterling Cooper will either be a cheap casual game or a full-blown advertising simulator. We hope for the latter, but our instinct leans toward a cheap cash-in. As fun as the idea of an advertising simulator featuring the cast sounds, please Lionsgate, leave the complex drama in its Emmy-winning format. Plus, let's face it, it'll take next-next-gen technology to capture Joan Holloway's curves without jaggies.

Hopefully it lives up to the fine television to video game tradition of Grey's Anatomy and Lost: Via Domus.

Was she the broad the captain accidentally married or whatever, and it turned out she was just some pirate or something or other trying to get them stuck in a trap?
I thought that engineering chick was pretty cute. I really wanted to get into that show but just couldn't.

Joan or Betty?
That is the more important question.
But seriously they should not ruin this with any sort of game or book or something, stick to the show.

I love this show.
You know, if they did a Phoenix Wright-style ad-man game, I might be interested...

Haha yeah. I think now that BSG is gone this can safely be called the best show on TV.
A Pheonix Wright style Mad-Men game would be cool.

If it was pulled off Phoenix Wright style, this would be an awesome success on the mobile front.

I was all ready to crack wise about how the melancholy show might make a great platformer in which you collect advertising copies and drink alcohol during and in between every meal but come to think of it, that Phoenix Wright idea sounds vaguely interesting, if only in the self referential “how absurd would a Mad Men video game be” sort of way.
