This sounds awesome, especially since it's very rare that I actually pay full price for a game these days.

Very much appreciate Majed & Joystiq getting the word about these exciting new features designed to empower video game shoppers. In case you are curious, we are currently tracking pricing from the following USA retailers:

Amazon
Best Buy
Buy.com
Game Stop / EB Games
GoGamer
J&R
Newegg
Play-Asia
Toys R Us
Walmart

We also tracking pricing from a bunch of UK retailers, but I don't have that list handy. Thanks for your support!

This is very cool indeed but could you add systems to the alerts? For instance, Amazon.com currently has the PSP-2000 for $154.99 and it'd be nice to get alerts for consoles/handhelds I've been holding out on, waiting for a good deal. :)

CAG has save me tons of money on games. I rarely buy a game now without checking CAG. In addition, their podcast is pretty good too! I seriously recommend CheapAssGamer to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.

Prince of Persia for $23? True cheap ass gamer.

And curse you cheapassgamer.com for advertising Brown College. I owe them $43,000 for a two year degree. Fuck. Oh, and downvote please. I am just a big complainer.

Oh and the truely cheap ass gamer like myself doesn't even buy Prince of Persia, he "borrows" it from gamestop by buying it used, beating it, and returning it within seven days for a full refund.

I joined CAG around 06 and because of that I have more than 20 360 games and saving a lot of money actually makes you a product whore lol. The forums also help to discuss games or grab some friends. I think this is like if CAG and Pricegrabber had a baby, bam!

I've been getting email alerts like this for about 4 years from Gamestracker.
http://www.gamestracker.com/

I don't know if its UK only, or if it includes the US too.

But since I moved to japan over 2 years ago i really should get around to turning those email alerts OFF....
