New Bionic Commando trailer drops science on abilities

Gamers are getting their chance to go Bionic this May when Grin extends it's retail arm to deliver Bionic Commando. In a new series of trailers (dubbed "Lab Reports") the developer showcases some abilities gamers will use to navigate and survive the treacherous landscape.

We know. You're worried about the journey ahead, but you have the wits and will to complete your mission and the heart to continue when the going gets tough. We believe in you. Also, you will have a gigantic bionic arm capable to decimating foes and traversing the world in any direction... so, stop crying about it!

looks like a blast. just the whole swinging element seems like a game in itself.

I really want BC, and every new trailer I see makes me want it even more.

Capcom would never re-boot Bionic Commando if it wasn't for interest from a western developer. Hardly anyone in Japan cares for BC, so STFU!

This game deserves more attention...It's something different. It looks like it can be tons of fun, and It's multiplayer community will probably die out extremely fast...kind of like Lost Planet, it was so much fun both single and multi-player but it's community just didn't last long...

Still SO buying

I just want to say that that is the most annoying age verification screen ever. No default month is selected AND I have to click repeatedly to select birth year instead of just clicking 1904 from a dropdown like I usually do.

I like it. You can simply type in the year instead of the annoying scrolling for birth year, etc.

After shelling out for the original on XBLA and playing for about 20 minutes before becoming entirely too frustrated, BC leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The original was meant to be somewhat difficult; that's the way things were back in the day on the NES.

Thankfully most games aren't nearly as punishing nowadays.

I like the original (I've played it only a little bit, the diagonal aiming with the arm is frustrating to get down consistently), aside from my lack of skills, the game is fun and worth the price of admission.

I'm excited to see what can be done as BC transitions into 3-d. The dreadloks don't look nearly as bad as the character design in Time Crisis 4. Hopefully our hero is a likeable person.

You actually have to aim where you want to grapple, which makes for a huge difference. Iirc, the spiderman games just let you swing anywhere, right?

Also, there's a lot more crap you can do with your arm in this one

Looks really fun but it might get repetitive. Maybe if i have some extra cash ill pick it up idk yet.

Joysiq: PLEASE get a new player or just use youtube. Your video player is trash or my new laptop sucks which i doubt. PLEASE FIX IT.

well got closer to my router and wasnt as shotty. but a little bit still. and after watching it a second time i realized... its got the same sights as in zelda twilight princess and the same sounds from star wars battlefront. listen and watch you will notice if you ever played either game lol.
