Not many people would scroll down this far on a Bayonetta post.... But I'm glad I did Sir Buzz Killington.
I feel that this game is going to be cheesy but entertaining all the same. Sort of like how God Hand was, cheesy one liners combined with over the top action. God I love Platinum Games *Clover*!

The game looks pretty awesome. i cant wait for it! With the original devil may cry, the target was to create a "stylish game" they succeeded imo. This game, the target is to create a "sexy game". Will be interesting to see how that pans out. Hence the suggestive angles and accentuated movements of the main protagonist.
Btw little known facts, but "Devil May Cry"(PS2) and "Product No.03"(Game Cube). Both started out as Resident Evil 4! Capcom wanted to evolve the series, but felt that the two games play styles were too over powered/different for a resident evil setting so they became separate IPs in their own right! What awesome accidents!

Oh, and the crappy NES music and Shaft wanna-be character put it over the top. (Or perhaps under the bottom is a better way to put it.) If a friend gets it I'll give it a try, but I'd never pay money for this.

Yeah, DMC's creator is pullin' out all the stops in this game. The over-the-top action is amplified here. I just want the combat to be involving, the graphics to be tight, and the storyline to carry some weight.
