First movie was good, everything after that got monotonous and predictable.

I LOVE the Saw movies (yes ALL of them although if VI isn't the end I'll be pissed) but to be perfectly honest that last trailer was.. totally lame. And I was really disappointed to discover that Tobin Bell wasn't involved with this game nor are any of the other Saw actors. These screens look promising but I'm prepping for disappointment. I mean Zombie Studios? Really, Konami? Why couldn't you have signed Double Helix on for this game? They're done with SH: Homecoming and they've got nothing else to do! Besides, Zombie will obviously be focusing all of their developmental skill, as if they had any, on Blacklight. Ugh just any developer but Zombie freakin Studios..

Two words: psychological thriller.

Next thing we know, people will be calling Se7en a horror movie.

yeaahhh. Still.

Anyway, I have to totally disagree with your comment about the original Resident Evil; it was most certainly a AAA title when it was released. It was the most impressive looking game I had ever seen up to that point at the time. It was nothing less than amazing. I can understand if you hadn't played it at its prime, but trust me... It was a AAA title at release dude ^_^

I agree with you. I'd love to see all of those games come to the States, especially FF4 (though I did like 3). I'd also like to see Konami make the original Silent Hill available for PS3/PSP as a PSN download. The perfect time for that would be right after the remake's release.

At Levi (not Manly Mcbeefigan (Mr. ESC)):

The whole hulking point of the FF series is that the player is stuck with a mothra-frappocinoing *camera* for a weapon. The thing you're complaining about is one of the most original aspects of the game: being doomed to mere defense in a world of aggressive ghosts. It's as if this game uses Aikido when the rest are stuck on Kung Fu. That, the game's particular atmosphere, and mandatory spirit photography make the FF series one of a kind and well worth playing (FF2 being my favorite).
