Velvet Assassin coming April 28, Achievements revealed

We don't understand the types who want to dig through achievement lists before a game's even out. Though they're occasionally enlightening, they're far more often spoilery, dull or just plain confusing. This list of Velvet Assassin achievements is no exception.

So, why are we taking up your precious bytes with this article? Well, the achievement list from 360sync also includes the official release date for the game: April 28. So, you know ... plan accordingly.

Aside from visuals Velvet Ass. doesn't even come close to Syphon Filter on the PSOne :(

That's a bit of a stealth release. And I thought Nintendo was bad about that.

This is that game where part of it's black and white during World War II, right?

No, that's Saboteur you're thinking of. This is based on a real-life woman from WWII. But yeah, there has not been a lot of hype about it...

Gamecock was showing it off at PAX 2008. (Along with the Pandora's box game)
It was underwhelming in every way. It's a completely linear, 3/5 star nothing new, nothing innovative, nothing good but nothing bad either BLANDFEST of a game.

That's coming up right quick for a game I don't think I've really heard about at all. Hitting the tag for the game though it appears I've just been missing the articles. My girlfriend finally made an avatar for her 360 profile and was playing Eets & Flock a helluva lot this weekend, and she was indeed digging through achievment lists for different games she's played on her profile. Got cranky when she found out she couldn't get her 800gp from Lost onto her profile from mine :P
