Meh, ever sense R2 I've lost all faith and interest in any of insomniacs ventures.

What does R2 have to do with anything, you're either a R&C fan or you're not it doesn't matter what other games they make.

My brother is actually one of the finalists in the weapon design contest. Everyone vote for the Bubble-Shot!

Man, I wish I could have entered this contest..but since im canadian and all..
Mine would've been "The Grappler" A melee weapon that grabs, pulls and flails
enemies into walls, ceilings, other walls, over cliffs, into the ground and
knocked into other enemies. It would like a mix between one of those "grabbing claws"
people use nowadays to pick up garbage, things from afar and people's necks
and the iconic wrench. Secondary function would use it more like a "wrenchwhip".
Although it would be weaker then said wrench, it would be alot more versatile and longer;
meaning more combos and larger area of damage. The weapon does has its flaws,
mainly it uses a solar battery. If you are on a planet that has no sunlight (i.e. arctic or polluted planets) it won't work. It may or may not replace the Quickshot.

I've always liked the unlockable Dual Blade Laser sword From up your arsenal.
It was always satisfying knocking down a whole of enemies with one swoop.
Ah,Memories.

I too hated when the Lava Gun upgraded in Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, it felt more like the weapon had downgraded :/

As for Mr. Zurkon and the Plasma Whip that made it to the top, I never liked them much.. I'd rather see some of these 4 weapons:

Shock Blaster - It had secondary fire, you could charge it
Plasma Gun - It affected lots of enemies
Razor Claws & Walloper - Great melee weapons, always fun to use

My number one by far is the Groovitron - hilarious and useful at the same time!

I also liked the bees, forgot the actual name of the weapon...

Is it confirmed then that Crack in Time will be a full release, and not an episode like Quest for Booty?

so many great weapons in this franchise. the rhino is definitely the best just cause it made the game so easy and was great for replaying it and just owning everyone. excited for the next one.

I'd have to go with either the scorpion flail or the bouncer. Both are awesome to use.

No Sheepinator!? The versions in the earlier games were better than the limited use penguin thing in ToD.

I voted for the little Captain Quark gun. I'd love to see that in the next game.
