The blog was also kind enough to put up a trailer showing off the two new multiplayer maps (Vekta Cruiser and Wasteland Bullet). You can watch it after the break.

maps are voted on, even if you buy them good luck actually playing them unless you host your own game.

Price is satisfactory for me :P As for the whole map voting problem, i'm sure people will have rooms open that cycle through the 2 maps for people who want to play on them.
That, or you can just select the level you want to play on in the search function =]

Right now I'm in a battle between realizing $6 for 2 maps is dumb, and my great impulse for this.
The impulse is winning.

@lambrick except to us it is 3.99, which in retrospect is less than a mcdonalds chicken legend meal. so it is all relative.

If it is to much for you, dont buy it. They dont force it on you.

What the hell joystiq? Your writing and adolescence jokes already make you look bad enough why do you keep insisting on making yourselves look like complete morons? I guess that is why I come to joystiq for the news and not good writing.

$3 per map is a little ridiculous. It should have been $3.99. 2 per is a lot more reasonable, imo.

Do what i'm doing and wait for some youtube clips of users with the maps. Then decide for yourself if the purchase is worth it

well at six euros its cheap enough for me. Plus, the two maps look great, and I wouldnt mind pwning some 3 stars generals a bit more in other places.
Beware losers, I'm coming!!!! Sense that shadow behind you? It's actually in front of you. It's me! (killz some loser with a shot in the throat leaving the soldier with some excruciating last seconds of pain.)

Waiting for the first "killzone sucks, it sold only x million" comment
The train map alone should be worth the price though, would be interesting to relive the awesome Train levels from Timesplitters FP and Everything or Nothing, in a multiplayer experience and with HD

Yeah, everyone's too obsessed with sales now. If a game doesn't sell 10M in the first 48 hours, call the WAAAAAAGHMBULANCE and declare it an economical failure!!!!!1

I love how everyone is complaining about these for $5.99, but no one was complaining about the $9.99 map pack for COD4 (which sucked)
