Lazy waggling could damage your arm

This particular article features an angle we hadn't heard before: it's actually worse for your arms if you don't swing with the proper zeal. According to the article: "... a flick of the wrist is often enough to return a serve or bowl a strike. As several doctors pointed out, that is the exact motion - concentrating the force of a swing in the muscles of the forearm - that can cause tennis elbow."
Who knew -- even as you were committing graphic violence against fake dudes in MadWorld, you were mutilating your own arm?

Actually, lazy waggling only damages my wii.
And you said wii puns were getting old! Ha!
Rallor @ Apr 25th 2009 3:53AM
Well I wouldn't call that lazy, I hope they don't mean flicking the wrist.

Remember people this is written for casual gamers. Those people who jump up and down like a ape while they play Wii sports.
This is how most casual gamers play Wiisports:

Going to sue tennis racket manufacturers while you're at it? Or heck, why not just sue your mother for making your arm defective and unable to withstand the strain of waggling?
Extinction @ Apr 25th 2009 1:50AM
Problem is that no one bought mad world
Foetoid @ Apr 26th 2009 6:20AM
Anyone interested in an excellent, gory, fun, mature Wii title is smart enough to buy it. If the sales were low, who cares, everyone who bought it is thoroughly enjoying it and spreading the word. Just like Goldeneye. Poor initial sales, word spread, everyone loves it. I only pray it'll have enough of a following to warrant a sequal.
And now that i've finished it, i can safely say it's got the best credits in any game ever, no doubt.
LegendaryRedass @ Apr 25th 2009 8:53AM
It can also cause you to go blind, and hairy palms.
Linkario @ Apr 25th 2009 12:04PM
Ever since I got married, I haven't had to lazy waggle myself in a long time. HEEEEYYOOO!
Feba @ Apr 25th 2009 3:41PM
Coming up soon: Wii Wrist Brace!
It holds your wrist steady, to encourage full arm waggling, and it only costs four times as much as a regular wrist brace!
Mr. Fister @ Apr 27th 2009 9:42AM
Oddly enough, when I play MadWorld and slam a guy on a rose bush, I get into it. You can't expect me to just flick my wrist while I'm impaling a guy multiple times. :P
