VGCats shows a little return to form finally, but then BitF hit me with Peppy's ability to defy gravity. Shame for VGC. I kinda giggled a bit at 2P Start for once as well.

Wow. This week was especially good.
I gotta give it to 2p start though. Not only is it funny and references sonics good ole' days but the actual comic is fairly true for me lol.

It's a little depressing how VGCats can't make me laugh no mo :(

Penny Arcade gets my vote this week. Too soon? Yeah, maybe... but funny as hell!

Why is Brawl in The Family even on here week after week? That crap never makes me chuckle, not even a little bit. It's godawful and the artwork is putrid. At least it was a respectable length this week...

Hey, what a great week!
For the first time I personally liked 2P Start, but PA and G were great as well... I think I'll go with 2P, PA has taken the crown often enough.

I voted for 2P Start even though PA was funnier I figured everyone else would vote for it.

VGCats was well drawn but was pretty stupid. Personally I like having more casual gamers in the market and there ARE hardcore games out there. Matter of fact, I take a casual game and make it hardcore by writing down star paths for guitar hero online contests.

So I guess pop culture references win even when in the context of a non-funny bitch fest. Colbert would say: You're doing it wrong... not lawsuit.

2pstart chose the wrong week to publish. VG Cats: winner!

I interpreted the VGCats one as being tongue-in-cheek, as mocking those who hold that opinion, not as agreeing with it or supporting it. That's why i found it amusing.

A thorough lampooning of gaming elitism.

The others were good, by and large, just without that excellent meaning

As usual, VgCats throws down one hell of a truth bomb. I'd frigging vote for that 5,000 times if I could, because I 5000000% agree with it :(

I don't even take the VG Cats thing as a mocking of non-games or casual games or anything like that, but at the general quality of games these days, which are simply "Good enough", than groundbreaking or outstanding. Like a paint by the numbers of videogame design, and giving the stinking masses all what they want (footballs and headshots).

Penny Arcade is the best, but I refuse to vote for it because Cobain didn't kill himself.

i picked VG cats because it started off making fun of wcg ultimate gamer to the nerd rage of the games they use, then just going off colbert style. i think if more people look at the wcg ultimate gamer side they'd get it.

This was actually a very good week, but I had to give it to VGCatz. the colbert bit was just too priceless

I saw a good strip recently but I can't remember where it was. Sonic was going to his wedding but he doesn't have a ring, and then it flashes back showing him being hit by spikes. If someone knows it, please nominate it.
