Your picture is awesome. It gave me a sudden image of Banjo in a giant mecha with Kazooie hiding out in his ammo stash :P

Best part about that Photoshop? They used the inflatable Banjo that fills your seat when you leave your vehicle in Nuts & Bolts.

$15 for an xbox port? I love Virtual On but that's too much.

Ill pay $15 to get it on ps3, but it would most likely cost $10

Mechs and Banjo suck, so I'll be passing on both games.

I'm just finishing up BK on the Arcade. I loved the original N64 game and the remake is very nice. I've never played the sequel, is it worth the $15?

Yes. Banjo-Tooie is just as good, if not better.

Thanks for the review article. Looks like their only problem with the game was framerate, which should be fixed on the Arcade remake.

Banjo-Tooie is easily as good, if not better, than B-K. Be prepared for a gargantuan game.

Is 1200 points the new "sweet spot" price point for XBLA titles? If so, they've just lost a loyal customer...

Virtual On is a maybe.. can't remember if I liked the demo on the Dreamcast.. least the chieves sound resonable (I don't need to win online is a plus, never came first in Halo (yet rank 11 within a weeks play) or Gears 1 or 2, which I have no wins ever)..
I got bored with Banjo 1, so I'll pass on the 2nd..

I'm finishing up Nuts and Bolts now, which is awesome, so Banjo Tooie will be soon, though I will need Banjo Kazooie first.

Virtual On looks like Armored Cores ancestor...

The first Virtual On actually precedes Armored Core by a few years, so I guess you could say it is an ancestor. I believe that VO:OT came out around the same time as the first Armored Core (the original one on the PSOne).

The two games are very different though, despite some visual similarities. Armored Core is more of a third person shooter with customizable mechs. Virtual On is more of a 1-on-1 fighting game with guns.

I'm ignoring the crappiness that was Marz though, which tried to turn Virtual On into a Armored Core clone (and failed).

Anyone know if this might be coming for the Wii's VC?

Just ask because I can't yet access Internet with my Xbox 360 (until I move out), but my GF loves this game.

I assume you mean Banjo-Tooie. That's a big NO because MS now owns Rare and the rights to the characters and games. Plus, the game is in HD, so no Wii.

Wait, wait... what? I've had Banjo Tooie on my 360 now for at least a month. Is this some hugely delayed American release or something? I had assumed everyone got this at the same time like with the original.. (I'm in the UK)
