It's funny how I've had to hear crap about how everyone wanted Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 as a download game for the last 4 years and now Capcom does it and everyone is complaining.

For the xbox 360 owners, were there similar complaints when the demo for SSF2THHDR came out? Because, this is typical CAPCOM. That demo is for 2 players only, I'd probably own that friggin game by now If I could try me some fightin against the com. Oh well, I definetly know MvC2 is fantastic from the Dreamcast days, so it'll be a day one purchase.

I don't have a Dreamcast, but after being bummed by the demo, at least I can play the PS2 version on my BC PS3... kinda glad I got the BC version now.

Demo's a pos. What kind of idiodic company releases a local multi-player demo? One with it's finger chopped off and thrown in the trash while the pulse of the gaming world flies over head in a plane.

As far as im concerned Capcom can kiss my ass!!! This was one of the dirties jokes anyone has ever played on hard core gamers. Capcom should be ashamed for calling this piece of garbage a DEMO! Also the developers must have their heads in their ass because how can they have missed the most important thing? I have never heard of i needing two controllers to play a demo. Shame on you capcom. you dirty twats.

i'm late for the update but i say everybody download it anyway since joystiq kept bringing up how companies have to pay for demos. my brother will be over eventually to beat me up in MvC.

pretty sure they DID say the demo was local only. No online doesn't bother me for a demo, but not letting you play the cpu is pretty f'ing retarded. Sure you get what you pay for and everything, can't complain about free shit- but that doesn't make it any less stupid on capcom's part of they are looking to keep riding the hype train...
