So either they find a way to bring you back from the dead...

Or your consciousness is implanted in Liberty Prime!

I vote the latter!

Bah, that's cheap. I prefer the idea of it being all heroic, you sacrificing yourself, and then they manage to come in and get you and heal you at the Citadel. That would make more sense and still give you the option of doing it yourself.

@ Mr. Wayne

Haha...yah
I actually made it to the door of Vault 87, apparently you can't go in....

As for a relavent comment to the post...
Shiny Blue Laser gun looks fun. Almost lake a laser bazooka. So sweet...
And I'm guessing that was another nuke at the end.

All in all, I'm so pumped for this DLC.

I kind of figured it would be tied to the events of The Pitt. I don't want to spoil it or anything, but for those that have played it, they should hopefully pick up on what I mean.

On the other two DLC's I didn't download them untill the day after they came out, so does it release on Live at midnight EST exactly, or some other random or specific time? I would like to get this one as soon as it's available.

Remember when Colonel Autumn was in the Purifier's chamber interrogating your dad where your dad dies from overloading the chamber with radiation but Autumn survives by injecting himself with a syringe of medicine? Maybe if you choose to sacrifice yourself in the chamber at the end of the game, you find the syringe he left behind. : )

Well, to be fair they are talking about 2 different aspects of war.

1) In Snakes story he talks about each individual soldier, each individual weapon, each individual squad. On a personal level each soldiers minds/emotions are being regulated/controlled. In that sense war has changed from an individual standpoint.

2) In Fallout 3's story, they talk about how from a collective standpoint everything about war (as a whole), basically the killing part, does not change. It will always happen as long as their are humans on earth.

Sorry about getting too much into this.lol

so wait...do you play liberty prime just for the dlc, and then go back to playing as ur own player for the side quests and such since the ending was removed? or do you play as liberty prime for the rest of the time u play this game?

You don't play as Liberty Prime period, you just watch it be a badass, you still play as your character from the main game in this expansion.

This DLC will have to keep track of a lot of things from the original, will you see Butch, Amata and the others again if they didn't die beforehand? I wonder how different the wasteland will be if you chose to infect the water with FEV?

The problem with the three Fallout games is you can never become a completely evil character, you still have to save the world from the Super Mutants in Fallout 1, save Arroyo in Fallout 2 and help the Brotherhood of Steel in Fallout 3. I don't think Broken Steel will give you the option of joining the Enclave will it?

Currently in the middle of Fallout 3 (Lvl 14). Anyone know what'll happen if I download this? Will the story continue as normal then move on to the DLC when I 'die'?
Also, is it worth DL'ing the previous DLC before I've finished the main story or waiting until afterwards? (From a difficulty/loot perspective.)

Thanks in advance people!

The Pitt was fun, but not as good as Operation: Anchorage IMO, but they both have really nice weapons and armor for each different type of playstyle.

That laser bazooka, want...
I remember the orbital strike you could call down with one of the sat arrays. It gave it this indescribable feeling. To think of this derelict satellite and station and hitting a button sends stuff down from space.

This has the feel of the first DLC, but not the second. The Pitt was severely lacking.
