The Simpsons bring teabagging to the masses

Gamers who caught The Simpsons over the weekend were likely delighted / disgusted to see Homer and Marge take part in one of gaming's most infamous pastimes, teabagging. Taking things one step further, the teabagging took place in what is clearly Halo, the teabagger's game of choice. We also have to give the creators credit for the mostly accurate Xbox 360. Come on, Team Simpsons, you don't plug controllers into the IR sensor. For shame.

There's just been something about this season since they switched to HD... It's just been a lot better than the last couple. And this episode in particular was probably the best of the season. Good stuff Simpsons, keep on hangin in there.

I totally agree. Teabagging is old and the fact that joystiq think it is a 'halo' thing shows that they are well behind the times.

Hmm.. I can see the simpsons playing one of the most overrated games ever but can't see the RROD.. not accurate at all.

If Halo is so "overrated" why do so many millions of people still play it? I honestly don't understand the logic behind that, there are so many other FPS' available, why would people continue to play Halo, if it wasn't any good?

If a small minority of people (most of which probably haven't even played it and/or know nothing about it) don't like it, that doesn't mean it's overrated. I personally don't like Metroid, for example.. I don't think it's overrated, I just don't like it.

Calling Halo overrated is no different than saying Ocarina of Time, Final Fantasy VII or Starcraft are overrated. If you don't like it, don't play it, but after almost 2 years I *still* love playing Halo 3.
