Majesco serving Cooking Mama 3 to E3 attendees

It is very little surprise that Majesco and developer Cooking Mama Ltd. are planning another game. Cooking Mama is the cornerstone of Majesco's business, and we'd expect at least a couple of the "approximately 31 titles" the company plans to release (according to its financial report) to be Mama games. Probably more than a couple -- in addition to the newly announced 3, trademarks suggest both Babysitting Mama and Crafting Mama are on the way.

Well, I hope they're happy with any money they make because you can only sell your soul once.

Yet most people would jump at it in a heart beat for that kind of money.

SEXIST!
Where are the Papa games?!
Open bar? Even if it was for 'Watching Paint Dry Mama', I'd still be there.

Pardon my mind, but I really hope that image isn't of Joystiq's creation, and for Majesco's sake, I hope it isn't their's either. The first line says "EAT! Oh my goodness me!" As if to suggest something very....umm. Yeah. And why is there an open bar for a demo of what is essentially a kid's game? Are we going to get the kids drunk too?

Drunken Cooking Mama 3 Gameplay Trailers?
DO WANT.

I've played my fair share of Cooking Mama and I don't remember them saying "wunduhful" -- sounds like something out of the New York Post.
Fuhgeddaboudit!

Oh, it's there, I remember. When you do well during an activity, although I only heard it on the [God-awful] Wii version.
Still, the fact that the banner spelled it out phonetically was ADORABLE. That made my morning. :D

No, the press is. Open bars are the primary bribe for E3. Drunk press that had a good time are going to talk highly about your game, regardless of how good/bad it is.
Why make a game stand on its own two feet when you can let the alcohol the focus piece instead?
ViRGE @ May 8th 2009 5:13PM
Blasted Joystiq! That was supposed to go under Mr. L's comment.
