No, the graphics and sound (minus music) are the same as the PC version, including a sweet zoom function for precise aiming. Looks lovely on the iphone/iTouch's screen.
Couple of framerate blips, but nothing major, its a fantastic version.

Downloaded it last night. Well worth the $4.99. I can't put my finger on why, but it just feels better than the DS version (not that the DS version is bad).
