Exactly how I feel about it. Saying, "You can buy a real guitar with that money!" sounds like a jackass comment, but it's very apt in this particular case. This is just an unnecessary luxury peripheral.

I don't really understand the type of person who would pay for this. I mean yeah it looks nice, but at the end of the day you're paying $200 for a plastic controller to play Guitar Hero/Rock Band.

$200 is too much. The $100 Beatles replicas are as high as I'll be going, thanks. Yikes.

How about a guitar that works on the PS3 for both Rock Band and the ORIGINAL 2 Guitar Hero games?

Black body with rosewood fretboard? So gorgeous... That's the same scheme I have for my IRL Strat. They're after my heart.

Too bad my brain overrules my heart and says "hey buddy, you have three fake guitars already and this motherfucker is $200 more than I'm willing to spend on another one."

Totally agreed with Von Dozier. If you're willing to spend 200$ on a video game peripheral that imitates a guitar, why not just get a guitar instead and some lessons? What is a playable guitar worth for in a few years? How about a real guitar and real music knowledge?

Easy decision for some.

Who would even pay $100 for any plastic guitar, rockband OR GH. It's idiotic

$200 dollars for a really good looking PoS.

or

$200 dollars for more-than-likely PoS

I think I'd spend $200 on a better practice amp, but that's not one of the options. Hehe.

We do not buy a real one because we want to play the game and not a guitar... if you think that way and play GTA then go after some real hookers instead and if you play the Wii try going for some real tennis or golf... chill out people, you sound neurotic. To the guitar now : it is absolutely the best guitar there is and when you get used to the weight ( playing expert for months with that until i felt it right ) then you DO have an advantage since this is the fastest GH guitar around, there is 0 lag compared to other controllers
