It surely comes as a shock to us all that the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince games will be available beginning June 30 for almost every gaming device in our sad muggle world! The game is releasing as an amuse-bouche (apéritif, for the drinkers) to the movie's staggered global release in July.
The games will do what they can with the technology available to their respective systems. This includes wizard duels, taking potion classes, playing Quidditch, getting stud-muffin Ron some nookie and making Harry survive until the next movie tie-in game.

The first one was an OK game for the little money i spent on it and it was an easy 1000 gamerscore. I am assuming that this game was ready to come out last year when the movie was supposed to come out. Hopefully with the extra 8 months that the movie got, they game got the same extra time. This could be another good movie game.

Maybe this one will be half -decent. The movie was supposed to be released in the fall but they held it back for financial reasons. Hopefully they actually used those extra 8 months for development. Of course I probably won't be buying a Harry Potter game at all, even if it is pretty good.

none of the harry potter games have really been worth it yet. this one probably will fail as well. Once this whole harry potter movie game thing is over though, i hope someone goes back and makes an awesome non harry potter but still in the same universe game.

The only HP game I would consider is one with WiiMotionPlus. I mean, c'mon. That's just a must for the last movie/game (Deathly Hallows).
