We've been hearing rumors of Crackdown developer Realtime Worlds' appearance in the upcoming Microsoft E3 Conference for a while now, though we've heard no confirmation of All Points Bulletin's involvement in the highly anticipated, green-hued showcase. However, Eurogamer recently got an intriguing response from Realtime after inquiring about the crime-filled MMO's MicroCon debut.
Realtime Worlds boss Colin MacDonald responded to Eurogamer's query, saying, "I couldn't possibly comment at the moment," but went on to add, "if we happened to be going, I'm sure we would make it known before too much longer, and we'd certainly give Eurogamer a shout to try to meet up." Jeez, you guys. Get a room.

Twitter user @GameFork has leaked this already. He also says Alan Wake shows up, in addition to Metal Gear Solid + Oxide, a 360 MGS4 that will be the finale of the Microsoft Conference. Sorry everyone who doesn't want it on another console. :/

Even if true, would anyone still care about MGS4? I'm sure it'd sell enough, but I doubt the Playstation fans will be quite as bothered about it at this point. Unless "Oxide" adds a significant amount of new stuff.
Announcing MGS5 as a multiplatform title would be much bigger news.

Yes I would assume that + Oxide is a Microsoft title in the way that the other Xbox ones were, where they added an extra word after the name. I say it will have a bunch of new features and hopefully a skateboarding section.

that twitter account was also confirmed to be totally fake and not real at all at GAF. This is just joystiq reporting on something false that was reported on something else that was false

Looking forward to APB after they decided to axe co-op from Prototype. The co-op in Crackdown was half the fun for me, just running around the city screwing around. Seeing who can long grenade jump the farthest, finding the section of highway were the cars go top speed, flip out and crash, and making mini games like tossing the big rig through the giant cog.

I've been following RTW on facebook for a while.
They ask people for suggestions on their wall, and have implemented at least a dozen suggestions from the fans.
There's been about 50 that they basically thought were brilliant, but would either be next to impossible to implement, or would set the development cycle back several years.
It's been cool that they've been willing to take suggestions from the community.

Last I heard, APB was PC-only. This still true?
Crackdown 2 can't come soon enough but I quite fancy some cops n robbers action on the 360.
"FREEZE" Pew! Pew! Pew pew pew pew!

The last I heard was "the PC edition was Realtime Worlds priority and will be the first to market" and "that if it does proceed with console editions of the game, both an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version" would be considered.[1]

by the way, based on the above, which I haven't seen a more recent refutation of; the least you could do Joystiq, is mislead both 360 and PS3 owners equally. I've seen nothing to indicate a console version is forthcoming, eurogamer's baseless remark nothwithstanding.

sticking the SUV in crackdown to a wall and using it as an elevator in co op was the best thing ever. I'm looking forward to apb, and then hopefully Microsoft will throw a bunch of money at them again to make CD2.... Or atleast it will include the Halo 4 beta j/k j/k...
