Forza 3 game guide gets the green flag from Amazon.de

Amazon.de (Germany) may have jumped the gun by listing a Forza Motorsport 3 strategy guide and becoming the latest entry in a laundry list of development-related rumors for the racing sequel.

According to the listing, the 192-page guide is produced by Prima Games (the same company behind guides for the first two Forza titles) and will ship on September 30, 2009. The listing isn't confirmation that Microsoft is developing a new title in the Forza series, but if the long rumored title does exist, we'd expect Microsoft to wave the green flag during its E3 media briefing on June 1.

I wonder if the Nissan GT-R, which Polyphony Digital helped design, will be in Forza 3.

GT has always been slow to release

slow yea but come on lets be real for once...this GT is taking way to long by the time it comes out how relevant will it be in a market with alot of competition. Yeah people remember the old GT name but the longer you are away from peoples minds the less gamers would be interested in plucking down hours especially since the current game lacks alot more polish compared to GT and GT2.

You can get the Evo X in one of Forza 2's car packs. Get it!

I'm glad they don't make it in that color.... that image looks HIDEOUS.

I'm quite happy with my red one, though.

Don't really see the need for another entry in this series already, especially if it's going to be the same game and courses with perhaps slightly better visuals.

I seriously hope this game has more than *slightly* better visuals. The second game looks awful..

I would think in the times it been since the last one released it would be more than slightly improved visuals. I would hope they learned how to get a solid 60fps with in car view. I really hope they add some kind of scored drifting, I know a lot of people that loved to drift in Forza2.

I just bought an Evo X a month or so ago. It's probably the best thing I've ever done.

BTW, the Lancer Ralliart is the poor man's Evo.

Enjoy your new Evo X. Hopefully you live in a climate where they don't burn winter fuel, and where the temp stays above 40F routinely. I've had some bad experiences with the engine not wanting to start and misfiring in certain parts of the power band this past winter in mine (bought in November). It's gotten much better since it's warmed up and we're on normal gas again, and Mitsubishi is aware of the issues.... just waiting on a software fix.

Well Crusty Magic the rumors are sprint races,checkpoint races,drag,drift etc.I would say i do see a need for a new one.

Looks like September 30th! Can't wait! ;)

I believe this game will show us how racing game should look like, I believe the second game was made to look so bad because they just wanted among their first titles for the X360 and they just rush it.

2 Was good but all I ask of 3 is a proper incar view. Forget that hood cam crap.

NOOO.... i was hoping for xmas release. This first semester of Law School is going to be difficult enough....

Can we have more than 3 tracks this time? It seems like for every new track in F2, we lost one from F1.

Forza 2 is a helluvalot of fun with the MS steering wheel. (But not at all fun with the cheap ass Madcatz MC2 steering wheel)

I hope this one brings plenty of new tracks and up to date graphics!

In-car dashboards would be nice, too!
