Help choose The King of Fighters XII box art

Ignition Entertainment is asking for the community to decide The King of Fighters XII's box art for North America. Currently there are polls open on the company forums to decide between the four different covers -- two for each system -- of the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. In both cases, "Option 1" is the Japanese box art and "Option 2" is the originally-intended North American box art.

The fans will decide which graphic the McCountry will be forced to gaze its eyes upon. We know it's supposed to be a battle and all, but wouldn't this be the perfect time to make the argument for reversible covers? Anyway, the PS3 choices can be found after the break.

360: i initially liked option 2 but then look at kyo, roberto and ralf. they look like they were photoshopped in, no good.

ps3: definitely better box art, especially option 1, colors really stand out and kyo and iori are just sick.

I actually hate most of the new characters since KOF99, they were just dumb concepts, and not nearly good enough to become major characters (that's just my stupid opinion though) :P
I'd go with option 2 for both 360 and PS3

Option 1 for Xbox 360 looks really good, the second option looks kind of plain/average.

From what I've heard from my buddy in Japan, BlazBlue is like a slow-motion version of Guilty Gears. For a game so reliant on speed (GG) to be at a slower speed (BB)...thanks but no thanks.

I'd go with the Japanese artwork for both, the localized one's are just thrown together with stock illustrations I've seen everywhere else.

360-1 doesn't even show what the game is. I would think it's a chick game based on some girly anime. Colors are too bright.

I don't like the way his head is tilted downwards in 360-2. He looks like a hunchback, though it has better colors.

PS3-1 shows clearly what the game is but the light blue and the girl in the back seems out of place
PS3-2 easily the best of the 4. Looks awesome.

XBOX version: I always pick the one with the title over the one without the title. I like to know the name of the game I'm buying.

PS3 version: Option 2 shows good use of other characters to frame the featured character. Option 1 makes it look like a story adventure rather than a fighting game. I don't know anything about the KoF franchise, so if it's an adventure game at heart then Option 1. If it's a multiplayer fighting game at heart then Option 2.

Both xbox covers are terrible but I guess the second is the best.

Both the Ps3 covers looks nice in fact use 1 for the Ps3 and 2 for the xbox 360

That green on the xbox 360 box ruins everything and its the same with every single box art for the 360.

On the other hand, that black finish on the PS3 box look elegant and combines very well with everything, just like every single box art game out there for the PS3
