Why did you remove this post from earlier today? Did George Lucas have you in the Death Grip???

Yoda farted and the force blast created a ripple in time. True story.

Just as a general question, how much bigger could PSP games be if they didn't have the limitation of the UMD drive? Would the PSP Go and allow for a bigger game, or is that a limitation of the memory and system itself. Just wondering.
ViRGE @ May 26th 2009 9:30PM
The next limitation would be the file system. FAT32 files max out at 4GB, so there's your limit in game size. The PSP doesn't seem to have an internal limit on game size.
However 4GB is only useful if you can do something with it. You're still limited to 32MB of RAM (what the original PSP has), so it's not as if you can have more stuff loaded at once. More space can only make for a longer game, less repetition of assets, etc.

Seriously? Another PSP game?

MystileArmor @ May 26th 2009 7:14PM
According to my comment history, the old replies now belong to a topic called "Star Wars Battlefront Thing" but clicking on it just brings you on the main page.

IMHO the PSP version is sounding better but i wouldn't be so quick to judge the DS version. i'll have to see when they are both released and will definitely try both. also Lucas Arts needs to develop battlefront 3. QUICKLY! before the end comes!!
TM @ May 27th 2009 2:43PM
console owners have not gotten a Battlefront game since 2005. That's sad....
