Don't go, it's too expensive, too far away from the mainland (santa fe isn't part of the city, wwwwwwwwww). And it's just a re-hash of everything you see at E3, maybe worse.

No keynotes, no pep-talks...

I remember when you could buy a VIP pass for $20 extra and still see nothing but an empty PS3 shell in a dull bright room.

I think the idea of an Latinamerican Game Expo would be good, except companies aren't looking for projects here down the border to make them on a bigger scale, also, we would like to see keynotes with developers, or in any case, bring Jade Raymond to try con get us into Assassins Cred 2.

Also, Albin, shouldn't you be in school?

Contrary to popular media portrayal, Mexico city does not look like a Corona commercial.

E3 hasn't been the only show in town for a long time. Where is the love for PAX?

Previous shows where dull, with some companies only showing titles already in the stores. Let's hope this time they take it seriously.

BTW, bring it outside the Defectuoso (Mexico City for the non-mexican folks), there are other cities with +1M people here, you know?

Please, avoid this event, this will show these "brave" publishers that they can't just come over here and charge you for a ticket to "see" (play if you're lucky) already available games as Demos or even at Retail.

With the Internet and XboxLive/PSN, what they show is nothing new. Some examples is that Ubisoft "showed" Assassin's Creed (just a girl playing it, you couldn't), Microsoft brought Halo 3 (when it was already at stores), Nintendo brought Wii Play (AGAIN), a PS3 with a MGS4 video (you had to make a line so you could watch it, already at GameTrailers), etc.

Also, there were stores like SAM'S Club and GamePlanet (like GameStop) selling games much more expensive than regular prices (and taking into account you PAYED to enter), I guess we'll see Street Fighter 4 / Resident Evil 5 for $85 USD, and Guitar Hero 4 / Rock Band for $346 USD.

La Mole was somewhat bearable first years, now it's "TNT 2: now with a second floor for piracy"

Don't you guys miss Conque and Mecyf?

Does this mean we'll get to see some FPS swine flu action game extravaganza?

-The flu is turning people into zombies!
-Aim for the snout...
