It's true, the third installment in the SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo series will feature four-player co-op through the game's campaign, which is nice if you actually have three friends and don't just pay random strangers to stand around you sometimes. The feature will be available in both Ad Hoc and Infrastructure mode, so you can all hang on the couch and play, or you can use the wonders of the internets to get some people together online. Also, when playing co-op, all missions will be unlocked and available for selection, so you don't have to worry about that jerk Donny's lack of progression getting in the way of the group's fun.
SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3 is currently slated for a Winter 2009 release.

Medal of Honor Heroes 2 is a great FPS for PSP....and it's a bargain title now (!), Socom and R:R...not FPS's! Third person is not the same as first person ;)
I might try this out, 2 is pretty good. Although I deleted my save file and started over, now I don't remember what I was doing in it.
Worth noting this is NOT, I repeat NOT Resident Evil. I've been waiting all week. Thought is was going live today - just checked via PSP - not available. Damn.

You do know that most of the bugs have been fixed through patches? After everything got fixed it became a lot more fun.

Fireteam Bravo 1 and 2 were great games...until you went online.
We were told that FTB 2 would rectify the online glitches and cheating that was spoiling the multiplayer experience....it didn't, actually it was worse.
I don't hold out any hope that this game will fair any better. It got to the stage in Europe that when you logged onto the multiplayer game you were lucky to get 10 - 15 players online. Most had left for Medal of Honour........
I'll still buy it to player the single shooter option, but I wont bother with the online game.
