We were one of the view people to witness the E3 Video (the one they show behind closed doors) 2 weeks before the E3 event... i'll just tell you - this game is just sick ... and i mean - the game is just great ... (colourful powergame hack and slash)
A SEGA guy told us (okey he told us not to write this, but anyway ...):
The game should not be played after using drugs ... and maybe the game had been developed after the use of drugs ;-)
Did you guys notice that the clothes of the Witch have been made of hair ? And as soon as she uses special attacks her hair is going to be her weapon ? --- yes she's going to be naked ;-)

For some reason the little girl with glasses struck me as completely hilarious. Of course the daughter of glasses-lady would also have glasses.
On another note, this game looks completely ridiculous. I'm pretty bored with over-the-top Japanese fight scenes, and this game looks like it's not comprised of anything else.

I think this looks fantastic.
Others go on and on about how Japanese developers are irrelevant now. But this shows otherwise. This is a great example of a Japanese developer making a Japanese game instead of trying to copy American games. And it looks like it's good enough in that crazy Japanese way that it should be very successful in Japan and in North America (no idea about Europe, I'm not familiar with their market).
Wow joystiq, your version looks awful. I saw one on a competing site that doesn't have nearly as many compression artifacts.

If this is your thing, awesome. For me? I'd rather my games have substance other than "FAST SHIT BLOWING UP EVERY TEN SECONDS" and "BOOBS AND HAIR AND S&M AND BOOBS".
Looking past boobs and over the top-ness I see a mediocre action game that's going to follow the formula as closely as possible.

If you're not a fan of the action genre, then why even comment? If you are and don't find DMC even remotely interesting then this is not your game. From the creator of DMC 1, 3 and Viewtiful Joe, I expect great things from this title.

Looks two busy to me, but I did notice two things.
1. "Do you like it when she calls you mommy?" Well duh, she's her mother.... Even though they're dressed like it, it's not like it's some bizarre bondage plot line.
2. "The Left Eye will never fall." I know it's wrong, but I found it ironic that they named whatever Left Eye is after the only member of TLC that has actually passed away.

The only thing difficult on DMC game is to control the camera, is easy to get the wrong enemy/target .. but that happens with msot 3rd person fast paced adventures when you shoot/ slash many on the screen ,

it shows in DMC on the harder seting you must use the right weapon and attack for what ever you fight or you die
this game looks like a lot of fun and the guy makeing made DMC
and has alrady sayed that it will not be a game you can just blindly smash they controls
PS so the main char in this game is a MILF then thats a 1st

I just wish I was good enough at these games to give a crap. I bought the DMC Trilogy box because of reviews and I hardly even touched it. Is it odd that I have no(almost) problem with Ninja Gaiden? I'm still waiting for Sigma 2.
