hmm, I wish they'd just make a proper rally game again, like 04 was...
I'm not interested in rubbish car physics or any of that offroad racing... there are over9000 other games that do that :(
What standard rallying there was in DiRT was good for sure, I just didn't like the extra stuff (and lack of 2 player multiplayer on one xbox >:(

totally agree, i wish someone would just make a proper Colin McRae game, or a proper wrc championship game, those were the days. The 'proper' rally events in the first Dirt were rubbish as well, the cars behaved nothing like a rally car on dirt/gravel

Agreed. I want a real rally game again. Dirt was OK, but it doesn't feel right - I had to re-learn how to drive the bloody cars to account for their weird physics.
The last rally game I really enjoyed was Rallisport Challenge 2 on the Xbox.

Not much to see in that trailer, really. Should be a fun game, though! They just gotta take care of that "cars look like they're floating over the pavement/dirt" issue that first game had...

Racing festival, music, cars, racing, mud wow that is origional....... no, wait where have I seen that before.... oh yea MotorStrom has been doing that for the last few years! Motorstorm is about overthe top racing (which it nails perfectly!).
So what is the point of Dirt2 then? Common Codemaster's you used to make proper rally game's that were challanging!! I hope the upcomming Codemaster's Formula 1 game is better......

DiRT absolutely destroyed the first MotorStorm, and my opinion is still on top in comparison to MotorStorm "Pacific Rift".
DiRT 2 will stomp both of them still. MotorStorm is an arcade racer with OK graphics, and that's it.

I hate videos that are 60 seconds long with 3 seconds of ingame footage. Your wasting my time, and bandwidth codemasters!
