We'd go into more detail, but who hasn't played a Lego [fill in major franchise name here] yet? Seriously, we need a picture of a Lego cow's shriveled and dry teat.

You wont be able to play this as it will be on next generation consoles! Yikes! That must be why Microsoft needed the extra 5 minutes!

Good idea. Tons of characters and that's why Star Wars was good and Indiana Jones was not from what I understand.

four years in one game is what should have been done from the begining. it sounds interesting, and i'll wait for hand on reviews. if i can actually take more than a day to finish the game (and use it on a psp go...) then i'll probably pick it up. DON'T MESS THIS UP! ::directed at Traveller's Tales::

I've never played any of the Lego games, but if any franchise can get me to do it, it's definitely Harry Potter; the series is definitely the perfect candidate for the Lego parody treatment.

Anyone have any thoughts on the new Halo: Reach game?
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/news/news-2810-Allow-x360a%20-to-Confirm-Halo--Reach.html
Here's hoping it isnt a mobile game like some in Bungie forums have suggested. Mobile games are lame. I hope we get an announcement on this today.

This better not be Microsoft's big mind blowing announcement. I was hoping for something related to MGS or FF.

Hrm....sounds interesting. I have always wanted to see some sort of chapter in the Halo series that really explained Reach. The book is the only source right now that does that so that would be awesome to actually play through it. Although I wonder where it is they'd actually start in it. Half of the book is no action and 1/2 is(won't post any spoilers here for those that want to read it). We shall see. I am definetly looking forward to it.
As for Lego Harry Potter, I have have always been a big fan of Legos. Ever since my early childhood when I got my 1st set. The Lego games have always been fun to me, ecpesially Lego Star Wars and Lego Batman. This new game looks like it is gonna be awesome. It sucks it has to be released in 2010. Too far away. =(

I can't wait until modern technology allows us a game where we can just build what we want, when want, using the power of Legos. It would be like the real world and a bucket of legos but in computer form with microtransactions.
I can use my imagination to build armies of Legos prostitutes to service Lego Sailors to produce Lego bastards.

The Lego MMO sounds kind of like that. Unforunately it's being made by a developer with a less than stellar reputation and for some reason they've decided to make an MMO that's primiarly aimed at kids have a monthly fee, instead of making them buy brick packs, ala Habbo Hotel.
I give the game four weeks before it's shut down.

Lego Duke Nukem Forever is about to be announced!
Why the f*** not, everything else seems to be going Lego nowadays.
(Oh, and I'm sure someone made this joke already but screw it - I wanna say it too)
