So far I'm MOST excited about this. Splinter Cell has always been a fantastic series and this looks like it won't disappoint. They better not freaking delay this again!!

the presentation had a couple minutes of gameplay. The trailer looked entirely uninteresting - perhaps because i've never been a fan of the series - at least not enough to warrant picking a controller up.

but the gameplay looked inspired. Very nice, very original, very brutal and very innovative - as you'd expect from ubisoft. I'll definitely be looking at getting this later this year when it comes out

Been a huge fan but losing interest since it's been delayed, delayed and delayed. Sure all the other titles where delayed as well but only a few months, this has been what almost a year. Instead of mins of gameplay I want to see a running demo... oh well there are some interesting titles slated to be out between now and SC's release so...

ya very nice... not sure about the whole queuing up your kills, and seems less stealth-like. Hoping Batman will be my fix for a good stealth title. BTW, anyone know anything about the MP? I played the PT/CT MP more than I've played any other game's MP (one of the reasons I got Xbox Gold back in the day was PT). Hoping they bring that back.

i guess it's only right since metal gear was ps3 exclusive. If this game is even half as good as MG4 we're in for a treat.

As someone below pointed out, its more like Bourne than MGS now - sadly the pure stealth genre seems to be getting scarcer by the day. Hopefully Deus Ex 3 and Thief 4 will be closer to their roots.

It depends... If its a PS3 *exclusive*, it'll probably come to the PC sans the Games for Windows banner, but Microsoft seem to want to do whatever they can to make an Xbox exclusive literally an Xbox exclusive...

This is bullshit... The game started with the PC as its main platform. Why is it a stupid exclusive?

The game ROCKED on the PC. It'd be very stupid of Ubisoft to abandon their PC gamers.

Sometimes the PC is "ignored" when a game is announced as Xbox 360 exclusive meaning it may also come to PC by Games for Windows LIVE. Somtimes when they say 360 exclusive, they mean console exclusive. Hope it comes to PC!!!

The issue is that those games take a few extra months (at least 6) before coming out on the PC. It pisses me off so much...

I didn't expect a PS3 version, although I was holding out hope. Still, though, I expected at least a PC version. PC has always been my Splinter Cell console of choice.

Oh well, times they are a-changin'. More reason to finally pick up a 360.

I have no interest in the Splinter Cell series, however the gameplay they showed looked REALLY good. Almost like a merciless version of Jason Bourne.

It's official - the game WILL be out on the PC at the same time of release of the 360 version!

At least that's what the game's Creative Director says here:
